Geo Sentry (“we”, “GeoSentry.info”) provides local grid intelligence for businesses. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Email address — to associate your free audit, subscription, Command Center access, and optional alerts.
• Business details — name, city/ZIP, street address (optional), and target keyword you submit for scans.
• Scan results — nine-sector rank data, competitor names, health scores, and related analysis generated from Google Maps–style searches.
• Billing identifiers — Stripe customer ID when you subscribe to Geo Sentry Shield (payment details stay with Stripe).
• Technical data — IP-based rate limiting, server logs, and health metrics for abuse prevention and operations.

How we use data

We use your information to run grid audits, show results on GeoSentry.info and in Command Center, enforce free and paid quotas, send optional alert emails, and process subscriptions through Stripe.

Maps and third parties

Scans use automated browser sessions to query map search results. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Map data is interpreted for your business only; accuracy depends on live search results and may change.

We may use geocoding services (e.g. OpenStreetMap Nominatim, Zippopotam) to resolve locations. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Account and scan history are stored in our database for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by contacting us at the email on your audit receipts; we will remove identifiable data where reasonably possible.

Command Center access

Command Center is accessed with the email on your account. Do not share your audit email publicly. We apply rate limits to reduce abuse. Stronger sign-in (magic link) may be added after launch.

Security

We use HTTPS in production, rate limits on sensitive endpoints, and industry-standard hosting practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children

Geo Sentry is a business tool not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
